Spokane Valley Fire Department Operation Warm

A SPECIAL THANK YOU to the Spokane Valley Fire Departments Operation Warm. Today they stopped by Seth Woodard and dropped off some much-needed coats. We are so grateful for their support and for their wonderful program. Our students will be EXTRA WARM this winter!

Lost and Found

PLEASE check LOST AND FOUND if your child is missing any items. Lost and Found will be placed near the front entrance during conferences. PLEASE NOTE...All Lost and Found items not picked up by Thanksgiving Break will be donated after the break.

Severe Weather/Emergency Conditions Procedure

Inclement weather or emergency conditions/events happen from time to time and may force a change in the school day. As routine is very important to our students, parents and community, the district will make every effort to adhere to the established school calendar and bell schedules; however, the safety of students and employees is the highest priority. We have a process in place to make decisions about the school day and communicate this information to parents, students and staff.

Thanksgiving Break

Early Release at 12:15 PM on Wednesday, November 27th. NO SCHOOL on Thursday and Friday, November 28th and 29th.

HOUR of CODE

We will be hosting an HOUR of CODE in Readbox during afternoon recess the week of December 9th - 13th. Click here to learn more about the program!

The BOOK SWAP is RETURNING!!

The BOOK SWAP is COMING BACK!!! Readbox will be having a BOOK SWAP during conferences! This is a great time to switch out an old book for a new one!

Student Led Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher Conferences are quickly approaching! Conferences will start on Wednesday, November 20th, students will be dismissed early that day at 12:15 pm. There will be NO SCHOOL on Thursday and Friday, November 21st - 22nd. Parents may sign up for conferences starting Tuesday, November 12th at 8:00 am. To learn how to sign up for conferences, please read the attached flyer. If you need help logging into Skyward please call the office at 921-2160. If you have not completed your Beginning of the Year Paperwork, please take this opportunity to complete the Student Information Update.
